Description
Varietal: 100% Syrah. 1/3 whole cluster. Native yeasts utilized during fermentation then aged in French oak and stainless steel tanks. Only 100 cases produced.
Taste: Dark berries combine with aromas of leather and spice. More medium body given the bright acidity that works well together with the fruit and earthiness found on the palate.
