We’re delighted to welcome François Servin, of the renowned Marcel Servin Chablis, to Charlotte for an unforgettable weekend of events on November 9th and 10th. Back by popular demand after his sold-out visit in 2016, François will be with us for two events this time: a Saturday night dinner and a Sunday brunch, giving more of you the chance to savor his iconic Chablis wines.

Both events will feature exquisite pairings by Birdie Yang's culinary team from Baku & YAMA Asian Fusion, showcasing a menu designed to enhance and elevate each wine. Expect premium ingredients and Japanese-inspired preparations to complement two Premier Crus and two Grand Crus from Marcel Servin’s exceptional Chablis lineup.

Each event is limited to just 30 guests for an intimate, one-on-one experience with François. Enjoy special event-only pricing on these stellar wines, ranging from $40 to $120 per bottle.
