Description
Varietal: The wine is a blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, and 10% Mourvèdre³. The grapes are harvested manually and destemmed before fermentation. The wine is aged in oak foudres for 18 months.
Taste: The wine has a deep ruby/plum color in glass. On the nose, it has notes of darker berries, chocolate, roasted herbs, and garrigue. On the palate, it is full-bodied, round, and opulent with medium-bodied richness and firm tannins. It has a clean finish with terrific length.
