Description
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir. 10% Whole Clusters, 2 week primary fermentation, aged for 8 months in neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels.
Taste: Aromas of black raspberry, violet flower, and pine cone on the nose. Flavors of wild coastal berries, lavender and black tea on the palate. There are woodsy notes of forest floor on the mid-palate that lead to refreshing and balanced finish.
