Description
Varietal: This wine is a blend of 55% Carignan, 27% Syrah, and 18% Petite Sirah grapes. The grapes were sustainably farmed and hand-harvested before undergoing whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts. The wine was aged in neutral oak barrels for 10 months.
Taste: In the glass, 'Indica' is a deep ruby color. On the nose, aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and plum mingle with hints of dried herbs and earth. The palate is full-bodied with a luscious texture and flavors of dark fruit, baking spice, and a touch of cocoa. The tannins are silky and well-integrated, and the finish is long and satisfying.
