Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 10 months in neutral French oak. Winemaker: Julien Fayard
Taste: A brilliant beam of sunshine in the glass that shares aromas of apple, peach, stone and light baking spices. The palate opens with citrus then moves to pineapple and mandarin with notes of white peach. Mineral finish with a touch of warm clove and that support the fruit throughout.
