Description

Varietal: 70% Chardonnay | 30% Pinot Noir

The NV cuvée primarily is composed of a 2020 fruit base, with approximately 30% of the wine being from the reserve perpetual cuvée going back to 2015. Sourced from several vineyards across the North Coast (including Sierra Foothills, Mendocino, Russian River Valley, and Napa's Oak Knoll).

Zero dosage and made in the traditional Champagne method. Spontaneous fermentation occurred in a combination of wood and stainless steel vessels.

Tasting Notes: A faintly warm, golden hued rimmed wine, with a fine and persistent mousse. Fresh baked bread intermingle with green pepper, lime zest, and white flowers on the nose. The palate is mineral, slate, with a hint of banana candies and lemon rind pith. There's a density on the palate bolstered by a long finish of flowers and wet stone.
