A great Rhône Valley white wine which allies terroir energy and the originality of the Roussanne. Notes of honeysuckle and jasmine, joined by minerality and viscosity on the finish and a complexity that grows more well-rounded as it evolves in the glass.

Description

Varietal: 80% Roussane, 15% Clairette, 5% Grenache Blanc

Hand harvested from 30+ year old vines from two plots: Les Serres (exclusively Roussane) and Le Reves (exclusively Grenache Blanc). No malolactic fermentation. Aged 6 months in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes: Displays a pale gold color in its youth and evolves into deep gold after a few years of aging. A floral scent which is both fruity and honey-like, a mineral taste with viscosity in the finish, this wine will surprise you by its complexity and evolution of these aromas all throughout the tasting. Exceptional climatic conditions allowed the Roussanne to fully express itself: elegance, finesse and length are the main characteristics of these unique vintage and wine.
