Description
Varietal: 80% Pinot Noir from the Demeter certified Biodynamic Chene Vineyard and 20% Sauvignon Blanc from organically farmed Presqu'ile Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley. Stomped by foot before 24 hours of skin-contact soaking. Winemaker Gina Guigni used whole bunch press, native yeast, and sur-lees aging for eight months in neutral oak. Unfined, unfiltered and crafted with only organic and biodynamic fruit.
Tasting Notes: Delicate, ethereal, juicy, mouthwateringly refreshing - all perfect ways to describe this stunning Cali rosé. Notes of pink lemonade, citrus popsicles & Rainier cherries on the palate!
