Description
Varietal: 100% Grüner Veltliner that is all grown organically and sustainably, and vinified using the
latest technology in the winery. Fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks to emphasise
the characteristic aromas of the varietal and its naturally high acidity.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in the glass with ripe pear & green apple aromatics and a zingy citrus
note that elevates the nose. Upon first sip this Grüner reveals a vibrant freshness, elegance, a light body, and a smooth texture. Hints of freshlycut grass, ginger and orchard fruits linger on the finish which is remarkably pure and clean.
