Domaine Forey Père et Fils is a small but outstanding Domaine was created in 1840 by the great-grandfather of Régis Forey, the current proprietaire. The Bourgogne Passetoutgrain is a traditional wine, but not pure Pinot Noir... it includes 50% Gamay.

Description
Varietal: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Gamay from two old-vines parcels—one below Morey-Saint-Denis and one below Nuits-Saint-Georges. The fruit was destemmed before pressing adding to the lively fruit you'll find on the palate. The varieties are co-fermented, and aging takes place in stainless steel to keep the fruit foregrounded and lively.
Taste: Intensely perfumed nose full of floral notes and red fruit. Full to medium body with ripe cherries, blackcurrants, blueberries and tobacco & notes of black pepper on the palate.
