Description
Varietal: 100% Melon de Bourgogne
Located South of Nantes, between the banks of the Sèvre and Maine rivers, this wine is a blend of several parcels of the estate's Melon de Bourgogne vineyards. The soil is composed of metamorphic rock.
Aged for 7 months on the lees in underground vats, this Muscadet is characterized by exotic aromas with nice balance on the palate; a fruity wine with good acidity. Excellent pairing option for oysters.
