Varietal: 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot & 3% Cabernet Franc
Taste: Aromas of cassis, fresh plum & black cherry make up the bulk of the fruit profile but the fine notes of English tobacco, eucalyptus, cedar & black soil in the background make this red a stunner in complexity. The palate is broad & luscious with dense tannins and precise acidity hidden behind the dark fruit robe.
