Champagne Robert Barbichon Brut Rosé de Saignée NV
Description
Varietal: a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that are hand-picked and carefully selected from the family's vineyards in the Côte des Bar region of Champagne. The saignée method is used to extract the juice, giving this champagne its delicate salmon hue and fresh fruitiness. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 36 months in the family's cellars before release.
Taste: In the glass, Champagne Robert Barbichon Brut Rosé de Saignée NV displays a delicate salmon color with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is dominated by red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, with subtle hints of floral notes. On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, with a crisp acidity and a long, elegant finish.
