Celler Del Roure 'Les Danses' Valencia Blanc de Mandó Rosé Brut 2020

• Tasting Notes: It's a lot more serious than the majority of ancestral sparkling wines, not quite in the pét-nat category. It has leesy and smoky notes, integrated bubbles and a creamy texture.

Celler Del Roure 'Vermell' Valencia Garnacha Red Blend 2022

• Varietal: 70% Garnacha Tintorera, 30% Mandó
• Alcohol: 13.5%
• Tasting Notes: Garnacha Tintorera is a 19th-century French cross of Garnacha/Aramon Noir (planted post-phylloxera). Vermell also includes 30% younger vine Mandó. Hand harvested, destemmed, and fermented by natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks and stone lagars, then aged in amphorae. Vermell showcases the typical bright, red-berried, and herbal flavors of Garnacha Tintorera without being overripe or overbearing. It is an excellent introduction to the new “old style” of wines at Celler del Roure.

• Tasting Notes: There's ... more acidity and freshness, which results in a fuller wine with more complexity and depth, with more energy and purity of flavors and very fine, elegant tannins. This could very well be the finest vintage of Safrà to date.
