Description
Varietal: Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the prestigious Gap's Crown Vineyard. The grapes were hand-picked and carefully sorted before being whole-cluster pressed and aged in French oak barrels for 14 months. The wine was then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Taste: This Chardonnay has a beautiful golden hue in the glass. On the nose, it offers aromas of lemon zest, honeydew melon, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, flavors of crisp green apple and pear are complemented by a creamy texture and a touch of minerality. The wine has a bright acidity and a long, lingering finish.
