Description
Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown primarily in the Russian River Valley and along the Sonoma Coast. The grapes are harvested at night and immediately sorted at the winery. After pressing, the juice settles overnight. The juice is then carefully transferred to neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for fermentation, preserving the unique and intense aromatics of the varietal.
Taste: Youthfully exuberant, this wine offers incredibly pure aromas of passionfruit, guava, grapefruit, and subtle undertones of crushed rock. Neutral oak aging pairs beautifully with vibrant acidity that is crisp and refreshing in every aspect. The palate is extremely balanced.
