Champagne Michel Gonet 'Vindey Montgueux' Blanc-de-Blancs Extra Brut NV

A grower Blanc de Blancs from Vindey and Montgueux, two Champagne hillside sites you haven’t heard of yet — and a deliberate step outside the Grand Cru prestige the Gonet family could have leaned on. Vinous 91. Bone dry.
Biancolella is grown mainly on the stark slopes of Ischia island off the coast of Naples in the Campania Region. Strong wind, and poor volcanic soil made of pumice-stone & obsidian are the extreme conditions in which this indigenous grape thrives.
Bone-dry Catalan sparkling from a biodynamic mountain farm at 600 meters. Chalky texture, lime, pear, and a flinty-saline finish that Cava can't offer.
Lost Boy Méthode Ancestrale Brut Syrah Rosé Pét Nat 2025

Lost Boy Pét Nat Brut Syrah Rosé 2025 is a naturally sparkling South African rosé featured at RoséFest 2026, with stone fruit, guava, bright coastal freshness, and a lightly cloudy, energetic pét-nat texture.
Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc from flinty “silex” soils—crisp, mineral, and quietly smoky with grapefruit, citrus zest, and a long, chiseled finish. A go-to for seafood, goat cheese, and bright seasonal cooking.
Spiced cherries, pink flavors, and a slightly grainy texture. We love a good Cinsault, and this one from Donovan Rall is a great example of a varietal excelling in South Africa with gentle care and vinification.
